Terms and Conditions

Silly Simon and Silly Simon Show are owned and operated by Vertue Enterprises Ltd.
Copyright and IP belongs to Vertue Enterprises Ltd.

1. Balance of the fee payable by CASH to the entertainer upon arrival.
2. This contract reflecting terms and conditions as verbally agreed shall be deemed accepted when either :- It is signed and returned within 10 days or it is not exchanged within 10 days and not written objection has been made in this period
3. IF THE CONTRACT IS CANCELLED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PERFORMANCE 100% OF THE CONTRACT FEE WILL BE PAYABLE
4. Please note you are responsible for the supervision and safetly of the children whilst the performance is taking place. It is also your responsibility to make sure of the safety of all the children, that any child who displays disruptive behaviour is removed or managed.
5. Please sign one copy and return within 10 days
6. Professional photography and video/filming requires prior written consent
7. Amateur photography is welcome. We would appreciate it if you share your photos/videos on our facebook page.
